Every breath is an invitation to
slow down and listen
not just to your breath
but to everything underneath it.

Each day asks three small things of you:
5 minutes of intention
a simple gratitude practice to start the day
10 minutes of conscious connected breathing
the anchor of the whole 30 days
Movement of any kind
however your body wants to move that day
Fifteen minutes of structure. The rest is yours.
Breathing intentionally each day is one of the simplest and most profound ways to reset your body, mind, and spirit — regulating the nervous system, easing stress, clearing mental fog, and supporting the body from the inside out.
But regulation alone isn't the whole story. When your nervous system finally has room to breathe, you start to hear yourself again — the parts of you that got quiet while you were busy holding everything together.
That's the real work of these 30 days: not performing calm, but coming home to what's actually there.

Who This is For
Best for you if you're craving a gentler practice, feeling disconnected from your body, wanting more presence in your days, or moving through a life transition and looking for steady ground.
Not a fit if you're looking for a structured or high-intensity movement program, or if you're in need of therapeutic-level care — this is a practice space, not a substitute for that kind of support.

Come back to yourself. Reconnect with your breath. Remember who you are.
