Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application
These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through websites and platforms operated by VELA. A “Client” refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing a product or service from VELA via our secure online payment platforms. By completing a purchase, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Conditions of Sale in full.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed with VELA constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Price
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via Stripe using accepted credit cards (excluding American Express). In the event of a failed or declined payment, access to the purchased product or service may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Article 5: Protection of Personal Data
VELA respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By purchasing a product or service from VELA, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information for the purposes of processing transactions, delivering services, and communicating with you. Your information is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties. You may receive transactional or occasional promotional emails and may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link provided in our emails. Article 7: Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies vary by offering and are outlined on the relevant sales page. Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are non-refundable. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the specific refund and cancellation terms before completing a purchase.

VELA provides educational, experiential, and personal development services. Participation in any offering is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s own discretion. VELA does not guarantee specific outcomes or results and is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from participation in its offerings.

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which VELA operates.

VELA is a sole proprietorship registered in Canada.
